Fifteen-year-old elite gymnast Dagmar dreams of making the national team. However, during a crucial training camp, her confidence is shattered when she suddenly hesitates mid-air during a vault attempt, leading to a harsh fall. But it’s not the physical impact that lingers—it’s the mental block that follows, leaving her questioning everything she once knew about herself. Without her gymnastics identity, who is she? And where does she belong if she can’t be part of the world that defines her? Determined to overcome her fears, Dagmar pushes herself to conquer the vault once more. Yet, in her relentless pursuit of perfection, she loses sight of the joy that once fueled her passion. It’s through the playful and carefree spirit of her younger sister, Nora (8), that Dagmar gradually begins to rediscover what truly matters—feeling good in her own skin and embracing the freedom to let go. With a renewed sense of self and the courage to release her fears, Dagmar faces her final national team selection, this time with a spirit that’s not only stronger but truer to herself.
