“The film is based on interviews with male rape victims. Allan is going on a camping trip with his high school classmates. Even though everything seems to be fine, Allan is still haunted by the memory of when he was brutally raped by a stranger at age thirteen. This makes it difficult for him to focus, which complicates things for both himself and his girlfriend Sofie. Slowly their plans of enjoying the weekend together unravel.

Morten has for several years been in an abusive relationship with the mother of his three children. Now he’s finally had enough and is getting ready for a divorced. Unfortunately, that demands being in the same room as her. He has difficulty controlling his nerves and his own body. As the divorce-proceedings continue, this problem only gets worse and worse. Both men try to move on from these traumatic experiences.”
